The only key point omitted by this wise, sensible and concise article is the curious conviction of the Brexit enthusiasts that the Treaty of Rome flouts the sovereignty of those party to it in a unique way which is not shared by countless other treaties, from NATO and the IMF all the way to the Universal Postal Union and the Convention on Migratory Species.
